The house was built circa 1940's and was in original condition when purchased. After a 3 month internal renovation we removed internal walls to create an open plan living environment, installed a new kitchen and updated the bathroom and laundry. The carpet was replaced and the old timber floors removed and replaced with beautiful Jarrah timber flooring.
Upon completion of the house renovation a further 3 month renovation of the exterior commenced. A brick and timber fence created a neat and secure courtyard. A covered, timber deck that comes of the living area, was built for entertaining. The courtyard was fully landscaped. A new driveway and carport was added allowing for off street parking for 2 cars.
